Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our premium organic teas and botanicals.

Are your teas certified organic?

Yes, the vast majority of our teas and botanicals are USDA Organic Certified. We prioritize direct trade relationships with growers who practice sustainable, organic farming methods to ensure the highest quality and purity.

How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?

To maintain peak flavor and aroma, store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. We recommend keeping it in our original airtight packaging or a dedicated tea tin.

What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to provide our premium tea selections to more international destinations in the future.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if there is an issue with your order or if a product arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or credit.

How do I know the caffeine level of a specific tea?

Each product page features a caffeine scale. Generally, white and green teas have lower caffeine, while oolong, black, and Pu-erh teas have higher levels. Our herbal 'teas' or botanicals are naturally caffeine-free.
